Maria Jones is a management professional with extensive experience in
Organizational Management, Transformational Leadership, Business Development
and Marketing Management. She has worked in both the private and public sectors,
serving for many years as Permanent Secretary in the Ministries of Education
and Youth Sports and Culture. She was the first CEO of the Executive Agency,
Management Institute of National Development [MIND]. Her professional career
started at Air Jamaica where she moved through the ranks from Accounting Clerk to
Vice President Sales and Marketing. She is a member of Board of Directors of Capital
& Credit Financial Group, Capital & Credit Merchant Bank and Capital & Credit
Securities Limited. She is a Former Chairman of the National Gallery of Jamaica.
She holds an MBA from the University from the West Indies, as well as a B.Sc. in
Management Studies
Marjorie Fyffe Campbell, Director
Marjorie Fyffe Campbell is results oriented management executive, and Chartered
Accountant with over 23 years experience at the executive management level,
including over 15 years experience in Finance and Accounting at the highest level.
She is a former President and CEO of the Urban Development Corporation. Prior to
this appointment she was the Corporation's Deputy General Manager - Finance and
Group Treasurer. She is currently a board member of Sagicor Financial Corporation
(Barbados), Sagicor Cayman (Cayman Islands) and Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited.
She is a Doctoral candidate at the Mona School of Business, University of the West
Indies and holds an M.Sc. in Accounting, also from the University of the West
Indies. She is an Adjunct Lecturer in Financial and Management Accounting in the
Executive Masters n Business Administration and Masters in Business Management
programmes at the Mona School of Business.
